Work Hours and Schedule: Night Shift - U.S. Business Hours (Monday to Friday)
Work Duration: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented AP Clerk to join our finance team. The AR/AP Assistant will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with other accounting tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters
  • Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and payments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Familiarity with accounting software and financial processes
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
