Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on, people-first Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Hunt Valley facility. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all production activities, ensuring safety compliance, managing personnel, and optimizing efficiency — all while driving both financial and environmental results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in warehouse or manufacturing environments, and a passion for process improvement.

Work hours are typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be required depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing a diverse team across multiple shifts to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized work environment aligned with OSHA and company standards.
• Overseeing production schedules and adjusting staffing to meet operational demands.
• Managing workflow, inventory movement, and quality control to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitoring performance metrics and using data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with senior operations leadership on facility performance and strategic goals.
• Responding to real-time challenges on the floor with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Enforcing company policies while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
• Representing the facility in cross-functional meetings and reporting key updates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or production experience, with 2+ years leadership/supervisory role in production and/or manufacturing industries
• Experience managing people, schedules, safety, and workflow.
• Experience with compliance documentation and maintaining adherence to Fire, GMP, and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in managing payroll systems and processing payroll-related tasks.

BIG PLUS: OSHA or Lean Six Sigma certification.
